These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PashtoHub app and services operated by PashtoHub. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
PashtoHub is a content-discovery app for Pashto-language videos. It embeds publicly available YouTube videos and presents them in a browseable, personalized feed (including saved lists, watch history and notifications).
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the app you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the YouTube Terms of Service.
3. Accounts
- You may use the app without an account (guest mode). Some features, such as sync of saved videos across devices, require a Google Sign-In.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account.
- You must not create accounts for automated use, or misrepresent your identity.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Download, scrape, or re-scrape the service or its content in bulk.
- Upload malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the app or servers.
- Rebuild or re-host any content found in the app (all video content belongs to its original creators/uploaders).
- Sell, redistribute, or commercially resell data obtained through the app.
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable law.
5. Content ownership
All video content displayed in the app is the property of its respective creators and is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. PashtoHub and the video creators are not affiliated unless stated. We curate links and do not claim ownership of any embedded content.
6. Advertising
The app contains advertising served by Google AdMob. Personalised ad preferences can be controlled in your Android and/or Google settings.
7. Intellectual property
The PashtoHub name, logo, and interface are owned by PashtoHub. You may not copy, modify, or reuse them without our written consent.
8. Availability
We work to keep the app available, but the service may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed at any time (including periodic maintenance, provider outages, or changes in third-party availability like YouTube). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results obtained from it will be reliable.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PashtoHub, its affiliates, and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the territory where we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of that territory's courts for any dispute.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a new Effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
